Training log: 01/20/11

I was digging through a stack of old Strength & Conditioning Journals yesterday when I happened upon my video camera, lying there all neglected, covered in dust and spiders.

"Hm," I said, as I escorted the spiders outside, "I guess it's high time for a new training video."

So I went out and made one:

I'm still getting back up to speed post-injury, but I've been progressing well with the recovery and it feels great to be moving again.
