PK Office Hours #1

New feature! If you look at the top of the website, you will note that there's a new menu item entitled "PK Office Hours." There you'll find the live channel (at its most exciting when we're actually streaming!) and an episode archive. I'm still tinkering with technical/distribution settings, so please bear with me, but I'm extremely excited to be taking the first steps in what will hopefully be an exciting journey. I have a lot to learn about webcasting but I hope you find the show valuable.

This is actually the second show, but the first one was lost due to some bad technical settings. Sadface. In this episode, we discuss the basics of mental training and take questions on gear, foot & ankle health, and grip strength. Enjoy!
