Here at Fifth Ape, we're gearing up for a beautiful summer filled with good training and great people. At this point, our summer schedule is more or less complete and I wanted to share it with you folks.
Summer classes begin on June 6th. We've expanded options for teens and adults and moved the kids class to the morning, where everyone will be less likely to melt. Take a look at our summer schedule HERE and come on out for your free trial class!
Summer Fundamentals courses are also available for sign-up. I've received great feedback about the Fundamentals course from many alumni. It's the best way to be introduced to natural movement skills - and it's a great value! Check out the upcoming Fundamentals courses HERE.
We'll also have at least a few fun events peppered throughout the summer. All in all, it'll be a great season - I hope to share it with all of you!
Now that I've been running a fitness business for a little while, I've learned a few marketing secrets. Apparently, what people want to see are "progress photos" that show the type of results one can expect from participating in the given fitness program. So, without further ado, here are some of the great results** you can expect from a summer of Fifth Ape training:
Week 1, Week 4, Week 8
**Results not typical. You may or may not transform into a majestic and beautiful magic tiger after just 8 weeks.
All jokes aside, I'd love to see all of you out there at some point. North Carolina is too beautiful in the summer to not spend some time outdoors learning how to move your body.
