Training Log:  Levers

A quick entry to the training log.  It had been awhile since I tested my levers so I figured the time had come.  The back lever felt pretty good.  The front lever... well... I'm still working on it!

The slow progress on the front lever is a little frustrating, but I am enjoying the process - I strongly recommend adding some gymnastics to your conditioning program!
