MovNat is Erwan Le Corre's system of learning and developing natural movement skills. I first became aware of MovNat a year or two ago and was immediately hooked. Erwan's training looked like my own, but performed at an incredibly high level. Find out more here.

I was fortunate enough to spend a week with Erwan in July of 2010 at one of his expansion courses. I STRONGLY encourage everyone to attend a MovNat course. They are incredible. You can read more about my experience here.

MovNat is a major influence for Fifth Ape's programming. If I had to point out some differences, I would say that MovNat skews a little bit more towards the "practical" side of the Primal, Practical, Playful framework while Fifth Ape skews more towards the "playful" side. Also, the format is quite different. MovNat events are State experiences - you leave your every day routine and are completely immersed in the MovNat world for a time, then you return to your life. Fifth Ape is more of a Stage experience - we offer daily practice that fits in with your daily routine.
