Most of what you see represented in the pictures and videos on this website represents some pretty advanced skill development and is atypical of what most of us can do - at first. For most people, the training begins at a much more comfortable level and we slowly build up to more advanced movements and skills. Don't worry - you will never be pushed too far outside your comfort zone. However, I suspect you will be surprised at what you are capable of learning and achieving. I've seen plenty of people accomplish tasks and learn skills they deemed impossible a few weeks earlier. Give yourself some credit and come see what you're capable of doing!
