It is difficult to read too much into an individual score without knowing the details of the screening. Scores can be anywhere in the range of 7-21. Generally speaking, if we see a 14 or higher with no asymmetries we can recommend any and all physical activities. Scores over 16 are pretty rare and we have yet to see a mythical 21.
