Classes will not be canceled due to simple rain or light snow. Rain or snow is a great opportunity to learn how to move in slightly more challenging circumstances.
However, classes WILL be canceled under truly unsafe conditions such as: ANY audible thunder, icy conditions, extreme heat or cold (over 100F or under 10F), hail, blizzard, ongoing volcanic eruption, etc.
Actually, classes won't be canceled for volcanic eruption. That's hard core.
