If you feel like you're ready for the Intermediate PK class, check in with a Fifth Ape coach and ask for permission. If we think you're ready, you can join. If we have any doubts, we'll tell you so. As a guideline, after about a year of solid participation in regular adult classes you'll probably be ready, but some people take longer and some people are faster. You will still need to meet the FMS requirement.
