All visitors, guests, and members of Fifth Ape, LLC are required to complete a PAR-Q Health Questionnaire and Waiver and Release of Liability before undertaking any physical activity on our grounds or premises, or under the supervision of Fifth Ape coaches and representatives.

Privacy/Security Policy

Fifth Ape's policy is to never share your personal information with anyone else ever. We make sure we work with vendors who have the same values. Our business management solution, Zenplanner, lives up to our standards - you can read their privacy policy for more.
