Yesterday morning I happened by an interesting set of railings tucked behind UNC's hospital. I felt inspired, pulled out the camera, and proceeded to do a little bar improv:

I really wanted to focus on staying relaxed and making everything feel easy and smooth. I kinda succeeded... but my arms and shoulders are a little sore today.

I hope you get some ideas... hopefully this demonstrates that you don't always need a perfectly set idea of exactly how you want a training session or drill to go. Also, sometimes operating in a small space is more challenging than big moves in lots of space. What do you think?
